Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of shoptayo.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them — they're short and written in plain language on purpose.

1. Who we are

Shop Tayo is an online retailer based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operating the website shoptayo.com. Contact: mashraf.bwp3@gmail.com.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Orders are delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

3. Products, descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently between screens, and packaging is occasionally updated by manufacturers without notice. Small variations of this kind are not defects. If what arrives is materially different from what was described, that is covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Any applicable VAT and the delivery charge are shown at checkout before you confirm payment — nothing is added after that point. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

Payment is taken at the time you order, through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your card details; payments are handled by our payment provider.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in obvious error, if we cannot deliver to the address given, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Stock

We hold limited local stock and it moves quickly. If an item sells out between your order and our packing it, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

7. Delivery

Delivery timeframes, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; once a parcel is with the courier its progress is partly outside our control, though we will always chase it on your behalf.

8. Returns

Your return and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which also forms part of these terms and reflects your rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

10. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, don't try to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access to it, and don't scrape or copy our content, images or product descriptions for commercial use.

11. Intellectual property

The Shop Tayo name, logo, site design and original content belong to us. Product names and brand marks belong to their respective owners.

12. Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are fit to use. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute falls to the competent Saudi courts.
