Tayo. Us.

If you've spent any time working in the Kingdom, you know the routine. You want a decent moisturiser that actually suits the climate, a dress that's modest and breathable, a watch that doesn't die in a month — and you either pay mall prices, or you wait for someone's luggage, or you order from abroad and hope it turns up before your contract does.

Shop Tayo started because that's a silly way to live.

What we do differently

We hold stock locally. Everything we sell sits in the Kingdom before you order it. No dropshipping from overseas, no six-week transit, no "your item has left the facility" for a month. We buy in small local batches, and when a batch is gone, it's gone.

We buy for this climate and this life. Brightening skincare that stands up to the sun. Cotton that breathes at 45 degrees. Small-kitchen appliances sized for shared accommodation, not villas. It's a curated shelf, not a catalogue of ten thousand things.

We price for real budgets. Most of our customers are working here and sending money home. We know what that math looks like. Nothing on this site is priced as though it isn't.

The name

Tayo is Filipino for us. Not me, not them — us. It's a shop built by people in the same situation as the people buying from it, and the name is a small reminder of that. You don't have to be Filipino to shop here. Plenty of our customers aren't. But if you are, you'll recognise the shelf.

Where we are

We're based in Riyadh and deliver across the Kingdom. Real stock, real address, real person answering the email.
